At Alina Homecare, we're looking for a dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team.

As a Disability Support Professional, you'll be working with clients in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas, providing support with daily tasks and activities.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Attending appointments with clients to provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Accompanying clients to day centres for social activities and fun events.
  • Supporting clients with medication management, including creating routines and collecting prescriptions.
  • Preparing healthy meals for clients and ensuring they maintain a balanced diet.
  • Providing personal care services, including hygiene and getting ready for the day.
  • Assisting with shopping and budgeting, including meal prep and essentials.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.

We'll provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality support.
