What you'll do

At Alina Homecare, our Disability Support Worker roles in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas are diverse and exciting. You'll travel around the area to support clients with various tasks, including:

  • Attending appointments – providing emotional support
  • Going to day centres – engaging in fun activities
  • Social activities – helping clients meet new people
  • Day trips out – participating in leisure activities like bowling
  • Taking medication – assisting with routines and collecting prescriptions
  • Preparing meals – ensuring clients maintain a healthy diet
  • Personal Care – supporting good hygiene and getting clients ready for the day
  • Support with shopping – helping with budgeting, meal prep, and essentials

What you'll need

Make a positive impact on people's lives by enabling them to reach their goals and live independently. You'll work with our friendly and supportive team who will guide you every step of the way.

You don't need prior experience supporting people with learning disabilities to apply for this role. We'll provide you with comprehensive training to deliver high-quality support. Simply bring your enthusiasm to learn and grow.
