About the Role: We are seeking a professional Care & Support Assistant to join our team at The Dairy in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide individualised care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
  • Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.

About You:

  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
  • You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
  • You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service and work well as part of a team.
  • You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
