About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our Home Care Team in Wells and surrounding areas. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, tailored care to support and enrich the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our customers by accompanying them to appointments, shopping, preparing meals, and helping with daily living routines, including washing, dressing, and personal care.
  • Provide companionship and make a positive impact on someone's day.
  • Understand and implement the care plan in place to support our customers.
  • Keep accurate records of the care and support provided at each visit.
  • Ensure our customers have eaten and are drinking enough to remain healthy.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to raise any concerns regarding our customers.
  • Perform light domestic duties and manual handling tasks as required.
