The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations and Onboarding Lead to elevate the performance and productivity of our UK Get Your Car Commercial team during this pivotal phase of our growth. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimise our Commercial processes, drive the automation of tasks for our Account Managers, and lead the development and implementation of a streamlined onboarding experience for our dealer partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting and tracking performance targets across the Commercial team, ensuring we achieve business goals.

As a Commercial Operations and Onboarding Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Designing, creating, and implementing a brand new onboarding and early lifecycle process for our new dealership partners.
  2. Owning the performance of the Onboarding team and their portfolios, including setting KPIs for the team.
  3. Supporting Commercial managers with creating meaningful targets for the Commercial team that align with our business goals.
  4. Creating an easy and digestible way of tracking performance of each team.
  5. Owning the weekly reporting of each team's performance vs targets.
  6. Driving and owning the automation of tasks and reporting within the Commercial world to improve the efficiency of the team.
  7. Seeking opportunities and owning initiatives to take away manual tasks from our Sales and Account Management teams.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
