About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Resourcing and Operations team as Assistant Director of Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the whole of Lambeth.

As part of our HR and OD management team, you will provide leadership and direction for developing and delivering a recruitment service and operations function that truly shines. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify HR priorities, defining business delivery requirements, and handling comprehensive financial analyses.

You will have a good knowledge of best practice in customer service operations and recruitment, backed by a keen understanding of how to build buy-in and commitment to change. You will be determined to support staff and teams across a wide range of HR services, and be commercially savvy and understand how employment law impacts on your services.

This role is at the heart of our workplace transformation, which focuses on getting the basics right, understanding the moments that matter, and enabling everyone to perform brilliantly. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering sustainable change and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
