About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Resourcing and Operations team as Assistant Director of Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the whole of Lambeth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for developing and delivering a recruitment service and operations function that truly shines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify HR priorities and define business delivery requirements.
  • Handle comprehensive financial analyses and ensure the effective management of resources.
  • Support staff and teams across a wide range of HR services, including customer service operations and recruitment.
  • Be commercially savvy and understand how employment law impacts on services.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
