About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Welcome and Service team as a Visitor Experience Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience at Oxburgh Estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, answering their queries and providing information about the estate and its history.
  • Process admission transactions, manage cash handling and maintain high standards of site presentation.
  • Support the team to achieve performance targets, promoting National Trust membership and highlighting the benefits of supporting the charity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a great all-round customer service experience, responding to visitor needs and providing excellent communication skills.
