This role involves handling incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries for Adrian Flux Insurance Services. Your duties will include navigating customers to the relevant area of our business using our sophisticated telephone platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering customer calls and establishing the correct department for transfer, full training will be provided.

Part of the company's thriving outbounding section, using our predictive dialler platform to contact customers seeking insurance quotes or assistance with their policy.

Opportunities to earn bonus payments by reaching performance targets are available on a monthly basis, with an annual appraisal for each team member.

Working Hours:

Three working patterns are available, including working until 7pm on a rota basis and a Saturday shift from 9am – 3pm.

Requirements:

We're looking for motivated, committed and reliable individuals who thrive on going the extra mile for customers. Previous reception experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and skills using a computer are essential.
