Airline Provision Specialist
Company Overview
C&M Travel Recruitment is a leading tour operator seeking an Airline Provision Specialist to join their team. This exciting role involves leading a team in providing efficient flight provision for all trips, obtaining prices for group allocations via consolidators and direct with airlines.

About the Role
This is a pivotal position in the company requiring candidates to have experience in a management role within an airline or tour operator and with GDS expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and adapting current processes to ensure operational efficiency and fit for purpose with the introduction of the GDS. They will also build and maintain effective commercial relationships with airline suppliers and oversee flight loading and daily flight monitoring.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in a flights or aviation department in the travel industry. They must possess exceptional people skills, an ability to motivate and inspire, and proficiency with GDS platforms, ideally Amadeus. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

What We Offer
C&M Travel Recruitment offers a competitive salary of circa £40,000, Monday-Friday 08.45 to 17.30, office based with some flexibility for hybrid working after initial induction. Perkbox, discounted holidays & fam trips, and wide variety of staff social activities are also on offer.
