We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Care Specialist to join our team at TRCGroup. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to lead the planning and provision of daily nutritious meals for our residents, while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety and environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting, with excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage time effectively, and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities include developing menus that meet dietary requirements, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. The successful candidate will be Food Hygiene Certified (Level 2) and willing to work towards Intermediate qualifications, with First Aid certification and NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Preparation/Catering.
