About Us:

We are a prestigious high-end interior fit-out specialist located in London, renowned for delivering exceptional interior design solutions for commercial projects. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team, establish strong relationships with main contractors, and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Drive new business growth and meet revenue targets within the luxury interior fit-out market in London.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, architects, developers, and key industry stakeholders to secure project collaborations and partnerships.
  • Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Provide guidance, motivation, and training to maximize performance and foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
  • Identify Market Trends and Opportunities: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to define sales strategies and differentiate the company's offerings in the high-end interior design sector.
  • Collaborate with Design and Project Management Teams: Ensure seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful execution of contracts.
  • Develop Sales Proposals and Presentations: Create tailored sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the company's capabilities, value proposition, and unique design aesthetics.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: High-end interior sales, business development, and account management within the luxury design and construction industry, particularly in London.
  • Strong Network: A successful history of securing new business and driving revenue growth within the main contractor sector.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Empower and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Strategic Thinking: A creative and solution-oriented approach to sales, client relationship management, and industry engagement.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Articulate complex design concepts, project requirements, and value propositions to a diverse audience.
  • Professional Demeanor and Integrity: Uphold high standards of service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: High-end interior fit-out or construction project management experience is advantageous.
