About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive client-facing AV sales executive to join our team at MCG Construction. As an AV Integration Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new custom installation/smarthome cinema projects with architects, developers, interior designers, consultancies, high-end property developers, and M&E Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in the high-end residential market
  • Work closely with in-house engineering and sales director to deliver custom installation projects
  • Provide technical AV understanding and explain complex concepts to end-user clients
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

Requirements:

  • Technical AV understanding and experience in the custom install or interior fit-out market
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong business development skills and a hunter mentality
  • Experience working with architects, developers, and interior designers
