Job Summary:

Careers In Design (Recruitment) Limited is seeking an experienced Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling high-end products to discerning clients, working closely with the creative and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and artistic merit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and build positive relationships with clients to create lifetime business opportunities.
  • Develop and present client proposals to showcase products and services.
  • Participate in the end-to-end sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up, work-in-progress, and post-sale deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track client interactions and sales performance.
  • Host and attend tours of workshops and studios, as well as marketing events to drive new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-end sales environments, such as contemporary art and design, with a focus on luxury products.
  • Client-facing sales experience, ideally 3+ years, with a strong track record of sales success and new business lead generation.
  • Commercial awareness and numerical ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft, and CRM software, as well as excellent presentation skills.
