About the Job

The Sector Development Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in key markets. This role requires a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in selling multi-year contracts generating over £1 million per annum. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and influencing skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strong commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in key markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop relationships with senior-level stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Deliver on sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Conduct a thorough review of customer terms and conditions, propose necessary amendments, and identify associated commercial and operational risks.
  • Develop financial profitability forecasts for new business ventures.
  • Hunt for sales opportunities and help maximise sales potential.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing schedules.
