Job Description: Regional Business Growth Specialist
">Central Employment is working with a leading global manufacturer of electronic products to the health and social care sector to recruit a Regional Business Growth Specialist to operate across the central regions of the UK.
">The role reports to the National Sales Manager and involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting post-installation training, onsite surveys, and driving maintenance revenue with new and existing customers to meet or exceed set monetary and business-related targets.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue growth across the region.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the assisted living sector and electronic-based products.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the region.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
