Job Title: Administration / Document Controller

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Administration / Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff on site and managing document control processes.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to staff on site, including liaison with internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documents and manage distribution protocols.
  • Support site in relation to procedural documentation/administration and monitor compliance regarding document control processes.
  • Organise meetings, including sending electronic invitations and managing meeting room facilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Experience in working with Common Data Environment Systems (CDE) - Asite, Conject, BIM 360 or BIM Docs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and organisation skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365.
