Our client based near North Walsham is seeking a full time permanent Client Services Administrator to join their team.
You will need at least one years’ experience in busy office with a confident telephone manner, good PC and Microsoft Office skills, numerate as spontaneous discounted quotations required, a fast learner and not adverse to making passive sales calls.
Duties will include:
- Monitor Office Inbox and distribute accordingly
- Answer telephone and distribute call accordingly
- Prepare and send post understanding various postage requirements, being commercially aware. Adding credit to the Drop & Go account
- Prepare, end quotations understanding price lists and follow up
- Enter Order Forms on Lims accurately checking requirements fully and acknowledge new instructions. Record Order Counter and update Whiteboard
- Prepare and send letters, reports and follow ups where applicable
- Prepare and send sampling kits to samplers and private clients
- Prepare and send Assured Kits
- Arrange courier collections and resolve any issues
- Replenishing stationary levels
- Any other duties requested by your Team Leader/Manager
This is a full time role hours Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5.00 pm - Late Rota once a week - 9:30 am - 6.00 pm & Saturday rota
once a month
- 8.30 am - 12.30 pm when fully trained.
