Coda Plastics are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator

This is a full time position with an immediate start date. Working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Salary to be confirmed, dependent on experience.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Ensuring the provision of excellent levels of customer service.
- Development of relationships with customers.
- Handling end-to-end order processing, including checking the order from the customer, liaising with planning to establish product availability and transport companies to arrange deliveries.
- Acting as the main point of contact for incoming calls and liaison for new sales enquiries, passing leads on to the relevant persons.
- Performing general administrative duties as required to support the supply chain.
- Demonstrating good communication and IT skills, along with working well under tight deadlines.
- Organise transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery
- Execute logistics plan to move products to reach destinations on schedule

**Requirements**:

- Solid organisational skills
- Flexibility to assist with holiday cover for rest of department
- Team Player

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
