Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Sharpsmart Ltd. This role is responsible for managing the administration of customer orders from placement to billing, analysing data to confirm requirements, and coordinating internal departments to accommodate customer requests.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience, strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also have proven experience in improving processes and procedures, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet new challenges and changes with an open mind.

In this role, you will work towards Service Level Agreements and ROI standards, review and interpret data sets to obtain information, and maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records. You will also manage inventory of office consumables, lead office initiatives to maintain standards, and support and attend Customer Visits.
