Administration Manager

Top Job Recruitment are recruiting an Administration Manager for our client based on the outskirts of Colchester.
You will play an important part of the team by ensuring all day to day operations run smoothly. This is a permanent role working full time 9am-5pm
Job role:
- Oversee all recruitment with managers (BOH & FOH)
- Coordinate hiring, induction, training, one-on-ones for all team members with managers.
- Coordinate with managers organised, regular group training both systems and product.
- Ensure goals met relating to publishing schedules, holiday management, timesheet updates.
- Ensure managers organise monthly team meeting, quarterly socials, and annual team days.
- Schedule one-on-one time between managers quarterly.
- Prepare monthly pay data for payroll.
- Upload weekly invoices & delivery notes
- Organise marketing tasks
- Analyse monthly guest feedback to assist in monthly discussion on people, product, places.
**Requirements**:
- Previous Admin experience essential
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a bonus
- Highly organised
