We are seeking a skilled People Relations Advisor to join our team at JD Group's Bury Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert first-line employee relations advice to Line Managers and colleagues across the Group.
- Offer timely and accurate guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and family-friendly policies.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and best practices to ensure effective query management and communication of outcomes.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification at Level 5 or equivalent experience in HR/People Relations.
- Previous experience in HR/People Advisor roles, preferably in retail or a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and People Relations policies and procedures.
