Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and family-friendly policies.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
- Act as a team player with the wider People team, sharing knowledge and expertise, and supporting Line Managers to effectively manage and resolve employee relations matters.
- CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 5, or Level 3 with substantial relevant HR generalist experience.
- Previous HR/People Advisor experience in a retail environment or fast-paced People environment, with responsibility for managing high-volume complex cases.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and People Relations policies and procedures.
