Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at ITSS Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our purchase ledger processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coding and checking invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes and obtaining authorization
  • Posting invoices to the purchase ledger and resolving any supplier disputes or queries
  • Collating and entering supplier payment details into SAP
  • Processing and confirming approval of supplier payment runs
  • Reconciling the purchase ledger to supplier statements on a monthly basis
  • Processing staff expenses and reconciling company credit cards
  • Implementing and maintaining strong financial control processes
  • Maintaining energy and fuel usage spreadsheets
  • Providing support to the Finance Manager and other team members as needed
