**Job Summary**

As a key member of the finance team at Porcelanosa, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of financial procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Invoice Verification**: Verify the accuracy of purchase ledger invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.

• **Coding and Matching**: Code invoices for verification and match them to delivery notes to ensure accurate financial records.

• **Authorization and Posting**: Obtain authorization for invoices and post them to the purchase ledger in a timely manner.

• **Supplier Dispute Resolution**: Resolve any disputes or queries with suppliers in a professional and efficient manner.

• **Payment Processing**: Collate and enter supplier payment details into SAP, process and confirm approval of supplier payment runs.

• **Reconciliation**: Reconcile the purchase ledger to supplier statements on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• **Expense Processing**: Process staff expenses and reconcile company credit cards, maintaining accurate financial records.

• **Financial Control**: Implement and follow strong financial control processes, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.

• **Support and Ad Hoc Tasks**: Provide support to the Finance Manager and other team members with other tasks and queries, as required.
