Investment Oversight Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Oversight Analyst to join our team at Clayton Davies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring investment and borrowing powers, conducting due diligence, and generating high-quality management information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on investment and borrowing powers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on new and existing investment advisers, assessing their suitability and risk profile.
  • Develop and maintain management information systems, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of business-as-usual processes and ongoing project activity, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment oversight or a related field, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment risks and regulatory requirements, including the FCA's COLL sourcebook.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
