Investment Oversight Role at Clayton Davies
**About the Role**
We are seeking an Investment Oversight Analyst to join our team at Clayton Davies, a highly successful firm operating in the Investment Management space. The successful candidate will work within the Investment Oversight function, responsible for the investment and risk oversight of all funds and their appointed managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Carry out daily monitoring of relevant Investment and Borrowing Powers and prospectus rules, engaging with the Compliance team and investment managers where required.
* Contribute to the analysis and recommendations for the annual Assessment of Value report.
* Support the execution and ongoing development of due diligence processes for new and existing Investment Advisers.
* Generate high-quality MI and seek process efficiencies.
* Attend and prepare MI for Committee meetings covering areas such as Investment Risk, Valuation and Liquidity Oversight.
* Support the development of BAU processes and ongoing project activity.
**Requirements**
* 3-5 years of experience in an investment oversight or investment analyst role at a regulated firm.
* Understand key investment risks and how to measure them.
