We are looking for an exceptional Underwriting Manager to join our team at Aviva. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic skills, with experience in reviewing submissions and understanding market conditions.

The role involves leading a team of junior underwriters and developing their skills through training and mentorship. You will also be responsible for representing Aviva in the market, engaging with brokers and clients, and negotiating contracts.

A salary of £120,000 per annum is offered, along with a bonus opportunity of 12% of annual salary. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and 29 days holiday.
