About the Role

We are seeking a Data Strategy Lead to join our team at Aviva plc, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our data agenda and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of data architectures that enable business agility and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
  • Provide expert advice on data management, analytics, and AI technologies
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven products and services that meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data strategy, architecture, and governance in a large organization
  • Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS

  • A competitive salary of circa £120,000 per annum, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
