The Role:

As a key member of the People Team at PeoplePlus, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Resourcing function. This will involve a range of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, reward and benefits, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Resourcing function, including recruitment and onboarding.
  2. Assist with reward and benefits, including employee engagement and learning and development.
  3. Support with HR administration, including talent development and succession planning.

What We're Looking For:

You should have experience of working in an administration support role and be able to offer a high standard of customer service. You will need the ability to positively challenge and influence key stakeholders to ensure recruitment best practice is upheld.

A knowledge of HR and recruitment is ideal, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to prioritise your workload while working to multiple deadlines and maintaining quality.
