Administrative Support Specialist

The Role:
As a key member of the People Team at PeoplePlus, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Resourcing function. This will involve a range of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, reward and benefits, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Resourcing function, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Assist with reward and benefits, including employee engagement and learning and development.
- Support with HR administration, including talent development and succession planning.
What We're Looking For:
You should have experience of working in an administration support role and be able to offer a high standard of customer service. You will need the ability to positively challenge and influence key stakeholders to ensure recruitment best practice is upheld.
A knowledge of HR and recruitment is ideal, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to prioritise your workload while working to multiple deadlines and maintaining quality.
