**Job Opportunity:** Substance Misuse Practitioner

**Location:** Leeds, UK

**Salary:** Up to £26 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Substance Misuse Practitioner to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance misuse.

Your responsibilities will include developing client-centered plans, providing guidance and support, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve positive outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the health, social care, or specialist sectors
  • Hold ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Possess a valid UK driving license
