About the Role

We are seeking an Alcohol and Drugs Workforce Manager to join our team at the Volunteer Centre. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for delivering interventions to individuals struggling with substance misuse. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to promote our service through various channels and engage with the public in a positive way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective interventions for individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Promote the service through presentations, events, and other outreach activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and interventions

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
