Join Forward Leeds, a leading alcohol and drug service in England, as a Female Recovery Support Volunteer. Our vision is to break down barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value.

We have almost 200 services around England – and nearly 3,500 amazing staff and volunteers who run them. Every year our services support around 125,000 people.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in a drug and alcohol service and put your passion for supporting and advocating for vulnerable people to great use.

About You...
  • You will provide support for clients throughout their recovery journey
  • Help clients with any unmet needs (health, housing, benefits, criminal justice, for example)
  • Provide suitable emotional support for clients

The focussed intervention team supports adults with non-opiate, most frequently alcohol, cannabis and cocaine.

We have an estimated salary of £20,400 - £24,900 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
