Pirelli is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Business Process Support Specialist within its UK Logistics Department.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for logistics operations, maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service levels.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting logistics operations, including purchase order processing and cost monitoring
  • Maintaining KPIs dashboard and statistics
  • Liaising with Marketing & Commercial Dept. and Quality dept. to monitor customer service levels and non-conformances

Essential qualifications include a business-related degree, strong organisational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.

A competitive salary of around £20,000 - £26,000 per annum is expected, based on experience.
