We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Change & Release Lead. Based in our modern Burton on Trent office, this hybrid role requires you to work full-time, with two days spent in the office each week.

This is a fundamental role that ensures seamless execution of change across our IT functions. As a Change & Release Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to produce forecast and performance reports, design, develop, and integrate new IT processes.

What We Offer

In addition to experience in change and release processes and procedures, success in this position requires a flexible approach to work, good attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships. You should have a good understanding of ITIL or V4 tools and techniques, Microsoft Dynamics 365, modern ITSM tools, and the Microsoft One Version process related to customer engagement and finance operations.
