Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Sales Representative to join our thriving sales environment at CV-Library. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career in estate agency.
About the Role:
This full-time position involves assisting in residential sales, obtaining and editing marketing information for property listings, booking viewings, and making phone calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and computer skills, be creative with a flair for photography, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in residential sales and provide exceptional customer service
- Obtain and edit all marketing information for property listings, including photographs and video footage
- Book and conduct property viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Make and receive telephone calls, handling customer inquiries and bookings
- Booking valuation appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Contribute to social media advertising and promote properties effectively
- Assist with administration tasks within the office, ensuring a professional and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Creative and innovative approach to marketing and sales
- Excellent written and computer skills, including proficiency in software and technology
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- A high level of enthusiasm and motivation to achieve sales targets
- Local knowledge highly desirable, but not essential
- Hold a valid UK driver's license
- A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a productive work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.30pm) and rostered Saturdays
