The company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team, covering a quarter of the country. As a key player in sales and business development, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your strong technical background and excellent communication skills will enable you to build relationships with customers and promote coding and marking solutions. About the Role:
You will have a 40% account management / 60% business development split, with realistic targets on hardware sales turnover and margin. Full marketing and technical support will be offered, enabling you to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or technical background and a proven track record in business development. You must be willing and able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £90,000, based on the location and job description. The package includes a base salary, commission, and annual bonus, making it a total worth over £100,000. Additionally, you will receive a fully electric company car (Tesla) and other benefits. Location flexibility is available, with the ability to live in the South East, South West, North East, or North West regions. Commutable locations include Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, and Nottingham. Key performance indicators will be closely monitored to ensure your success in this role.
