About the Position

This is a Bank position, providing cover as and when needed. The hours and days you work will vary, but we offer a competitive rate of pay (£24,000 - £28,000 per annum) plus a sector-leading benefits package.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans, and liaising with healthcare professionals.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Residential Senior Care Assistant who has NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should have previous experience in a residential care setting, along with proven team leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions that support the needs and wellbeing of our residents.
