Care Professional Leader

The estimated salary for this role is £14.57 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay at an additional £1 per hour.
We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our management team in Fareham, where you will lead a dynamic team that supports individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals receive support to manage their finances.
You will work closely with the Manager to provide day-to-day supervision and management of the service, while maintaining a focus on why we choose to do this work: to make a difference in the lives of others.
We value employees who have the right experience and values to excel in this role. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
