Compassionate Care Professional

At Choice Care, we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker. This challenging yet rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to provide personal care, follow care plan guidance, and attend training sessions as required. They will be responsible for providing a high level of support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role:- Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and helping with feeding
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Attending and completing training, as required
The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate nature, with a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults. We offer a comprehensive induction program, as well as ongoing training and support to ensure your success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £26,000 per annum, based on a 36-hour contract, with a higher range offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care.
