This Senior Care Assistant Nights position is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced care professional to take the next step in their career.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, providing support, supervision, and guidance to our care team.

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support.
  • Oversee and support junior care assistants, ensuring care plans are followed.
  • Conduct and document regular assessments of residents' needs and preferences.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a care role, ideally in a senior or supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
