We are seeking an experienced and dedicated mental health support professional to work with individuals with complex needs. As a skilled specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support, enabling our clients to lead their best lives possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of those we support. You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support, working collaboratively with our clients and their families to achieve their goals and aspirations.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes ongoing training and development opportunities, a shopping discount scheme, and a free blue light card.

Our ideal candidate will have:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
