**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with mental health conditions.

Responsibilities- Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures.
- Attending and completing training, as required.
- We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience.
