Care Support Specialist

Remedicare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join their team in Fareham. As a full-time contracted role, this position offers a competitive salary of £12,980 per annum, with potential for weekend uplifts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and written skills, as well as previous experience as a senior care assistant in a care home setting. Holding an NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care and being medication trained are also essential requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks, liaising with GPs and healthcare professionals, and managing the care team to ensure adherence to CQC Guidelines.
