Senior Night Care Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Nighttime Elderly Care Supervisor to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring the high-quality care and support of our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a focus on clinical care for the elderly. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a warm and compassionate approach to care.
You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to achieve exceptional resident outcomes and support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary: £34,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
