We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care to our residents. This includes supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and providing individualized care and support to residents. To be successful in this position, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£35,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
