About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our estate agency, you will play a pivotal role in handling general administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Utilize your estate agency experience to provide expert support and guidance to our team.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • 1 year of office administration experience, preferably in an estate agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and case management software.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • English language proficiency.
