Job Title: Junior Resource Manager

We're a dynamic and innovative agency, part of SGS & Co, seeking a talented Junior Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and the optimal allocation of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an up-to-date overview of project planning systems and monitor resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide daily status updates and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly forecast to optimize resource allocation and planning.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow across departments.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to the Studio Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to discuss freelance booking requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support agency business objectives.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Problem-solving ability and knowledge of design workflow best practices.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
