Job Title: Junior Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Resource Manager to join our team at Marks, part of SGS & Co. As a Junior Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an overall traffic process and monitor project planning systems
  • Daily monitoring and adjustment of work in progress to ensure on-time delivery and resource optimization
  • Daily status updates for all projects in collaboration with project managers
  • Create a monthly forecast to ensure best practices for planning and resourcing
  • Ensure clear and consistent communications flow
  • Attend status meetings with all teams to ensure accounts are running properly
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to the Studio Operations Manager
  • Maintain the balance and flow of information throughout all departments
  • Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to discuss freelance booking requirements
  • Actively identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience of working directly in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Problem-solving ability, with some knowledge of design workflow best practices
  • Ability to construct workable solutions when presented with multiple and often conflicting points of view
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time
  • An unflappable demeanor, with the ability to bring a sense of calm assurance to high-energy interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative and innovative thinking
