Join Our Team as a Junior Resource Manager

We're a global brand and design agency, part of SGS & Co, and we're looking for a talented Junior Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marks business, you'll play a vital role in scheduling projects, monitoring progress, and maximizing productivity through load-levelling and resource acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and adjust work in progress to ensure on-time delivery and resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide daily status updates for all projects in collaboration with project managers.
  • Attend status meetings with teams to ensure accounts are running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager to discuss freelance booking requirements.
